Can more than one person be featured on a MUSICAL ME! cutout?
 

Due to the size of the cutout, only one person (or pet!) per photo can be accommodated.

Can I use a photo of my pet for a MUSICAL ME! cutout?
 

You sure can! Just use the same guidelines we have listed for people for your pet.

Are there any restrictions to what I can wear or display in the photo I upload for my MUSICAL ME! cutout?
 

We are unable to create cutouts that include any of the following:

​

• Commercial advertisements including slogans, websites, phone numbers, social media handles, or hashtags

• Offensive or negative content or references

• Statements or endorsements of political views/candidates

• Third party logos/branding on clothing or in the background of photos

• Celebrity images

• Images that portray inappropriate content

The Olympia Symphony reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse any photos. Images that portray obscene, lewd, explicit, discriminatory, derogatory, violent, offensive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content are strictly prohibited and will be discarded. We will work with individuals to the best of our ability and within reason to replace any unacceptable images with a different image. All sales are final and refunds will not be awarded.

How do I upload my photo?
 

When you purchase your MUSICAL ME! you will upload your image as a part of your transaction. You will be able to purchase up to two (2) MUSICAL ME!s at a time. Be sure to read through our PHOTO GUIDE for suggestions to get the perfect picture!

Where will my MUSICAL ME! cutout be seated?
 

Cutouts will be placed in selected sections in the Washington Center’s Main Stage auditorium. However, we are unable to guarantee a specific location.

Can I choose where my MUSICAL ME! cutout sits?
 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee seat assignments.

Will my MUSICAL ME! cutout have the same seat for the whole season?
 

Variety is the spice of life, right? Here’s your chance to virtually test out a new seat during the season! To best accommodate our real and virtual attendees, MUSICAL ME! cutout placements may shift/be removed as we are able to accommodate more in-person individuals for our performances. We will do our best to ensure your MUSICAL ME! experiences as much of the season as possible!

Can my MUSICAL ME! cutout sit with my family or friends?
 

We will do our best but cannot guarantee being able to group MUSICAL ME!s. Ordering all of your cutouts in one transaction and submitting photos together at the same time will increase the odds of your MUSICAL ME!s getting to "sit" together for the season.

When will my MUSICAL ME! cutout be seated?
 

Cutouts will be positioned for our first concert, and will be placed for each concert at the Washington Center for the 2021-2022 season.

Will I be able to view and/or download a photo of my MUSICAL ME! cutout in the Washington Center Main Stage auditorium?

We will be exploring ways to share images of MUSICAL ME!s, including on our website and in social media, and will let our patrons know as soon as we have the details ironed out!

Can I come and see my MUSICAL ME! cutout at the Washington Center?
 

With over 30 Artistic Partners who call the Washington Center home, unfortunately our cutouts will only be up for our concerts.

Do I get my MUSICAL ME! cutout after the season ends?
 

Why, yes you do! And the back will be autographed by members of the Olympia Symphony! We will have more details at the conclusion of the 2021-2022 season.

What if the 2021-2022 season gets delayed or cancelled?
 

All payments made to purchase MUSICAL ME! cutouts are final and payments will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay or cancellation of the concert season.

I live in another country, can I purchase a MUSICAL ME! cutout?
 

Sure! As long as you follow our photo guidelines and restrictions.

How does my MUSICAL ME! cutout purchase benefit the Olympia Symphony?
 

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, concert ticket sales cover only 30% of our operating needs. After 18 months of providing digital educational, outreach, and enrichment content free of charge, funds from MUSICAL ME! sales will support our return to the stage for the 2021-2022 season, where we will welcome our four Music Director finalists for their audition concerts. We have BIG things in store, and are looking forward to bringing live music back to the South Sound region with your help!
