Olympia Symphony is excited to announce our new collaboration with Uncork & Unwind! In addition to our Symphony Sips Brazilian New Year's Eve event, we are kick-starting 2023 with a 6-pack wine offer!

Our Symphony Sips Wine Package will feature six wines with musical references. What wines will be available? Well, let’s introduce you to them!

Wildsong Sauvignon Blanc (2021)

This highly enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc is filled with nectarine, grapefruit, and rockmelon characters with an elegant lime zest lift. The palate is generous and flavorsome with excellent fruit intensity, beautifully structured by juicy acidity. It is long and attractive on the finish.

Terre Margaritelli Mirantico Rosso di Torgiano (2018)

Miràntico takes its name from the ancient Umbrian village of Miralduolo, a place with Serbian pride, memories of its Lombard origins, and a fascinating medieval past. A land with an authentic personality and full of passion is able to offer a generous, unique, and intense sensation. Here, the vines of Sangiovese, Malbec, and Canajolo blend in perfect harmony. Its perfume is further enhanced after aging for a short time in French oak barriques from the renowned Bertranges Forest.

Terre Margaritelli Torgiono Costellato (2015)

The color of the Costellato evokes the golden stars of a September night in the ancient Umbrian village of Miralduolo. In this authentic and generous land, the happy marriage of Trebbiano, Fiano, Chardonnay, and Viognier gives life to this white wine, rendering a structured body and a bouquet of rich, elegant aromas.

Van Loben Sels Red Blend (2018)

A silky red blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Sangiovese is crafted in the traditional Italian style. This sumptuous blend rolls on to your palate with ripe strawberry and hints of chocolate ending with a luscious finish. Barrel aged in French oak for eighteen months, this wine is ready to drink now and will age gracefully for another 8-10 years. Avansino Grand Reserve is a heartfelt tribute to the Van Loben Sels' fashionably Italian Nonni, who likes nothing better than to stylistically entertain on her grand piano and craft delicious Italian meals paired with the perfect wine.

Rasa Composer Riesling

The Composer Riesling is a blend of 50% old vines fruit (from 1974 planting, which is believed to be the oldest functioning Riesling block in the state) and 50% new vines fruit (planted in 2005). It is also a blend of 3 clones (Geisenheim 110, Geisenheim 198 and Neustadt 90). Inspired by Austria and Germany, The Composer Riesling is always made in an off-dry style with just a hint of residual sugar (usually around 1.5%).

Bodega Santa Julia Bubbles (NV)

Gold yellow color with greenish nuances and a fine continuous stream of bubbles. First, the bouquet reveals intense honey, well integrated with white fruits such as pear and quince, typical of the Chardonnay variety from Tupungato. Toasted bread and honey hints at the long contact with lees. Notes of orange peel and candied cherries add further complexity. Blend: 100% Organic Chardonnay

Symphony Sips Wine Packages are available for pre-purchase now until December 31. Packages will be available for pick up the week of January 17, 2023 at Uncork & Unwind.

The Wine Package is $120 plus tax. 100% of the profits from the sales of these wines will go directly to the Olympia Symphony.
