TIPS

• Be sure to provide as much detail as possible when messaging chamber groups (example: date, time, type of music you’re looking for)

• If your event is around a holiday, we recommend more lead time, as musicians' schedules can fill up quickly. Think 6-8 weeks for non-holiday dates, and 8-12 weeks for performances on/around holidays.

• All costs and repertoire discussions are negotiated between you and the chamber group.
